Make your way to the beaver pond to discover how this fascinating animal adapts its surroundings through the structures it builds, transforming the living conditions of other animal and plant species.

The signs of a beaver’s presence are unmistakable: a lodge and dam, gnawed and cut-down trees, a pond of its own creation. You’ll be invited to help protect this thriving environment by learning more about the influence beavers have on the biodiversity of the Laurentian Maple ecosystem.
