Learn how to reduce food waste at home in this immersive workshop.

With a basket of fruit and vegetables under your arm, you’ll first be asked to place the plants strategically in the kitchen to avoid waste, before using them optimally in recipes. Working in teams, you’ll then be challenged to concoct the ultimate no-waste recipe. Unusual leftovers such as potato peelings and carrot greens will be put to delicious use! You’ll return home with clever ideas for cooking with leftovers.
