Each meteorite has its own story to tell

Admire the most fascinating specimens in the Planetarium's meteorite collection, the largest of its kind in Quebec and the third largest in Canada.

Each meteorite has its own story to tell, from its fall to Earth to the circumstances surrounding its discovery. Named after faraway lands, each meteorite sheds light on the turbulent past of the Solar System, at the time of the birth of the Sun and the planets. An invitation to travel through time and space!
