Enjoy an out-of-the-ordinary experience at all five Espace pour la vie museums during Nuit blanche. For this special event, the Biodôme, Biosphère, Insectarium, Jardin botanique and Planétarium will be free of charge.

Activities at our museums

  • At the Biosphère: Explore the museum’s exhibitions in the evening, including Transform. Designing the Future of Energy, created by the Vitra Design Museum (Germany), Emolab, where you can gently explore our climate-related emotions, and Watersheds! Follow the Flow, which takes you into the heart of aquatic ecosystems.
DJs, guided activities and illuminated displays around the indoor garden create a festive atmosphere.

In addition, Parc Jean-Drapeau offers a lively program featuring ice skating with DJ sets, skate rentals and food options—all with a unique view of Montréal.
  • At the Insectarium: Discover the intimate world of insects through an enhanced visitor experience featuring colourful lighting atmospheres and musical interludes led by a DJ. Wander through the museum and the Great Vivarium in an atmosphere that invites contemplation.
The artwork A Little Treatise on Noctivagant Entomology by photographer Caroline Hayeur will be presented.
  • At the Jardin botanique: Enjoy the lush vegetation of the greenhouses, including the Main Exhibition Greenhouse in full spring bloom. It will come alive with the intense and moving music of the Silaba Kora trio at 8 p.m., 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.
The outdoor gardens will be closed.
  • At the Planétarium: Throughout the evening, the immersive experience created for the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s iconic album The Dark Side of the Moon will be presented continuously in both domes.

On-site: a festive musical atmosphere and fun science-based guided activities focused on the Moon.

The exhibition Rouge 2100 will be closed.

You can also enjoy activities offered by the Olympic Park.
