Insects are high in protein and essential amino acids. There are more than 2,000 species of edible insects worldwide. Discoveries, recipes, tips and tricks all come together in this flavourful activity. You’ll leave ready to start adding insects to your menu. Ongoing activity on Saturdays and Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., February 28 to March 22, in the Insectarium Workshop (at the end of the Great Vivarium pathway).
