Halloween brings otherworldly fantasy to the Jardin botanique, transforming it into a magical realm where nature and imagination collide. Kalbacius and Petiole, our favourite sorcerers, return as they continue their exploration of our world and its plants. Together, they offer families the chance to unleash their spell-casting talents, get up close to spooky plants, and meet fantastical creatures hidden throughout the Main Greenhouse and the Outdoor Maze. These playful guides have plenty of surprises in store and will give children the opportunity to show off their creativity and magical skills in a fun, immersive setting. The show Même pas peur! is back featuring the lovable character Blandine, a sweet little pattypan squash —in a funny and exhilarating show that touches on the themes of fear and courage. Presented in French only. Inside the Main Greenhouse During the Halloween season, the Main Greenhouse at the Jardin botanique transforms into a truly intriguing and mysterious space. This is the refuge of Kalbacius, our favorite sorcerer, inhabited by his whimsical creatures. Here you'll spot traces of enchantment, cages holding spooky plants, and squashes transformed by magic!
