DESCRIPTION:Recently there have been several proposals of low-energy precis
 ion experiments that can search for new particles\, new forces\, and the D
 ark Matter of the Universe in a way that is complementary to collider sear
 ches. In this talk\, I will present some examples involving atomic clocks\
 , resonant molecular excitations\, and astrophysical black holes accessibl
 e to LIGO.
