\nRésumé :Research efforts from our g
 roup in the past decade have focused on the functionalisation of non-activ
 ated C(sp3)-H bonds using catalysis by palladium(0) complexes. In particul
 ar\, we have developed a series of reactions allowing the synthesis of div
 erse monocyclic and polycyclic systems in an efficient manner from (hetero
 )aryl and alkenyl halides through the intramolecular C-H activation of alk
 yl groups. This lecture will present some of the most recent aspects of t
 his chemistry\, including enantioselective reactions using different types
  of chiral catalysts\,2 and applications in heterocycle3 and natural produ
 ct synthesis.
