 teure Mary Mittelman\, épidémiologiste\, professeure et chercheure au d
 épartement de psychiatrie de la New York University\, School of Medicine.
  Mme Mittelman s’intéresse depuis plus de deux décennies au développe
 ment et à l’évaluation d’interventions psychosociales auprès de per
 sonnes qui présentent des troubles cognitifs et de leur famille.Dans le c
 adre de ses recherches\, Dre Mittelman a développé un programme de souti
 en aux familles de personnes vivant avec la maladie d’Alzheimer qui a é
 té financé par le National Institute of Health (NIH). Ce dernier a fait 
 l’objet de plusieurs publications et de nombreux prix dont le Global Awa
 rds for Psychosocial Research in Alzheimer's Disease remis conjointement p
 ar l’Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) et la Fondation Mederic A
 lzheimer.
