 her national and international expertise to apply the “state of science
 ” to this Forum question.

 Vice Chancellor Maori\, University Waikato\, New Zealand\, is an internati
 onal expert in Maori health and education and will present experience that
  can inform Canadian Indigenous Health policy and practice.Malcolm King\, 
 Scientific Director of the CIHR Institute of Aboriginal People’s Health\
 , will set the context for why we are where we are with respect to indigen
 ous health in Canada. Panel Presentations on issues of self-governance and
  promising practices will showcase successful interventions and work by in
 digenous researchers towards health solutions.
