SUMMARY:Food Systems\, Nutrition Transition and Health
DESCRIPTION:For its 10th anniversary\, TRANSNUT invites you to a scientific
morning on May 12\, 2014\, on the theme of 'Food systems\, Nutrition Tran
sition and Health'. TRANSNUT (for ‘nutrition transition’) is the only

l deficiencies and problems of ’overnutrition’ such as obesity and dia
betes. The global pandemic of obesity and related chronic diseases is a maj
