SUMMARY:Intracellular regulation of immune system development\, function\, 
 and malignancy
DESCRIPTION:Conférence du Dr Hua Gu\, chercheur titulaire (Micro&Immuno\, 
 UdeM) IRCM\, Cette conférence sera prononcée en anglaisRésumé Immune 
 system development and function can be regulated intracellularly at multip
 le levels\, and abnormality in these regulations can cause immune deficien
 cy\, autoimmune diseases\, and cancer. In my talk\, I will briefly review 
 about the research progresses from our laboratories that reveal how ubiqui
 tin ligases\, protein kinases\, and microRNA regulate lymphocyte developme
 nt and activation. I will also present some evidence that modulation of th
 ese pathways can sometimes be advantages to the treatment of autoimmune di
