 is à Ottawa.Résumé :Cooperative catalysis has proven to be a powerful s
 trategy for promoting stereoselective reactions under mild reaction condit
 ions with perfect atom economy. The specific interactions between the cata
 lyst components and substrates are precisely orchestrated to elicit high c
 atalytic efficiency and excellent control of the stereochemical course. Tw
 o types of newly designed cooperative asymmetric catalysts have been devel
 oped to enable 23 enantioselective reactions\, which were applied to strea
 mlined syntheses of therapeutics and biologically active compounds. Infor
