SUMMARY:From Genomes to small-molecules: Integrating systems and structures
  in drug design - Rafael Najmanovich (UdeM)
DESCRIPTION:In this talk we present a range of tools developed in the Najma
 novich Research Group (NRG) traversing from genomes to small-molecules. Na
 mely\, 1. Using systems biology to detect potential targets\, 2. Binding-s
 ite 3D atomic similarities to detect potential cross-reactivity targets\, 
 3. Normal mode analysis to predict the effect of mutations and generate co
 nformational ensembles and 4. Docking simulations to identify inhibitors. 
 We will demonstrate the use of these tools in a number of applications.
