 ax. 8The purpose of this workshop is to give participants the notions and 
 practice of lighting for film and HD. Through indoor and outdoor exercises
 \, participants will learn several options to light a set with a variety o
 f equipment and light sources. Hands-on workshop / Materials providedPrer
 equisite  : Participants must already have a working knowledge of film an
 d digital cameras. There will be no instruction given on the function of c
 ameras used during the workshop.Instructor: John AshmoreJohn Ashmore is an
  award winning Director of Photography of feature films\, shorts and music
  videos\, who also directs personal projects on the side. After directing 
 15 music videos and several shorts\, he wrote and directed TRYST as his fe
 ature length directorial debut. He has three other scripts in various stag
